Giraffe
The giraffe is the tallest land animal, known for its long neck and legs. Native to Africa, giraffes are herbivores, primarily feeding on leaves, fruits, and flowers from trees, especially acacias. Their long necks help them reach high branches that other herbivores cannot access. With distinctive spotted patterns on their coats, giraffes are social animals, often found in groups called "towers." Despite their towering height, they can run at speeds of up to 35 miles per hour for short distances. Giraffes have large eyes and a keen sense of sight, which helps them detect predators from afar.
